Mr. Rossano is Vice President of Technology Development. He joined PASSUR in 2023, as part of the Symphony team acquisition coming from L3Harris, where he served as a Chief Engineer.

Mr. Rossano joined L3Harris through ITT’s SBS team in 2010, where he led efforts on nationwide real-time aircraft surveillance systems, data fusion, and related commercial applications. His earlier experience includes the development of sound propagation models for the U.S. Department of Transportation, environmental analysis applications, as well as commercial multilateration tracking systems. Mr. Rossano has demonstrated both technical and managerial leadership, successfully leading complex system integration, deployment, and software development programs from concept through delivery.

Mr. Rossano holds an M.S.E. in Systems Engineering and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering. He is an inventor on multiple patents, including innovations in aircraft deicing systems and tracking and identification of aircraft in airport non-movement areas.
