Mr. Ince was named Chief Executive Officer in August 2025. He joined PASSUR in 2018 as VP of Business Intelligence and Analytics and subsequently served as the Chief Product Officer. He was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer in June 2022. Mr. Ince was the visionary for and led the development of PASSUR ARiVA, a cloud-based, global situational awareness, decision support, predictive analytics and workflow optimization platform.
Mr. Ince has deep expertise in aviation operations, with leadership roles in operations planning and decision support systems development at American Airlines and US Airways. He worked on many aspects of airline operations and network optimization including block planning, robust schedule development and operations recovery. At American Airlines, his teams implemented surface management, irregular operation recovery and collaboration solutions to improve performance and operating efficiency.
Mr. Ince also served as the co-chair of the Industry-Federal Aviation Administration Joint Analytic Team (JAT), where he helped establish best practices for evaluating the performance and benefits of NextGen and for optimizing aviation performance.
Prior to joining the aviation industry, Mr. Ince worked in the aerospace industry developing mission planning systems for remotely controlled ground and air vehicles.
