Ms. Cargol is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, a position she has held since her election in 2025. Ms. Cargol also serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee. Ms. Cargol is President and CEO of Field Point Capital Management Company, a private equity firm. She previously spent 17 years at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where she led multidisciplinary teams focused on operations, analysis, and emerging technologies. Prior to her CIA service, she worked in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard LLC. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University. Ms. Cargol’s knowledge of the Company through her service as Chairman, as well as her executive management experience, background in scaling complex technology initiatives, and experience delivering high-impact intelligence, allow her to bring valuable insight and knowledge to the Board.
