Mr. Lowery joined PASSUR in 2015 and brings over 25 years of experience across the aviation and financial services industries. At PASSUR, he leads product development and customer engagement, from onboarding through the full lifecycle of client partnerships, ensuring successful implementations, value realization, and long-term retention.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
